SERVICES AND OUR WORK PATTERN
Understanding Client’s Business needs.
Obtain client consensus on scope responsibilities, compensation package and profile of the candidate.
Shortlist most suitable candidate required for job profile.
Evaluate the candidate by conducting preliminary interview
Facilitate short listed candidate’s interview with client.
Obtain specific feedback from clients and communicate feedbacks to candidates.
Negotiate pay package and other benefits.
Background screening.
Ensure smooth transition of candidates.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We charge 12.5 % i.e. 45 days of annual gross salary of selected candidate to the company. The calculation of the gross salary will be done on cost to the company basis (CTC). This includes basic. D.A. and all the perquisites attach to the salary such as H.R.A., L.T.A., Medical, Conveyance, Educational allowance, Superannuation’s, P.F. contributed by the companyand prorate annual Bonus etc.
Tax: - 12.24 % Service tax as applicable via Registration No. MRA / MUMBAI - I - 455 Decon Mgm
Payment: -The payment should be made immediately after joining of the candidate.
Guarantee:-We offer three-month's (90 Days) guarantee for permanent post. In case the candidate does not continue the job we give free replacement (The contract is only valid if the payment is done within 15 days of joining.)
Appointment Terms: -The Company should inform about the terms & appointment of the candidate immediately
