Synergy is a part of Singapore based group Quest ontheFRONTIER, a regional consultant company providing implementation consulting, interim management, executive search and training services. Quest has 10 offices across 8 countries with strategic presence in Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Dubai & UK.

Mr. Arvind Singh - Chairman

An MBA from IIM, Arvind Singh attended Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School. He has over 18 years business experience covering fast moving consumer goods, consumer banking and wholesale banking at blue chip organizations like Philip Morris, Citibank NA and Standard Charterd Bank.

Mr. Arun Varma - CEO

An alumnus of IIM, Culcutta and a graduate from Delhi University, Arun Varma has 21 years of business management, marketing and and business development experience including 11 years with NIIT, a global IT services organization. Arun has successful track record of development and managing business both in India and abroad. Before NIIT, Arun headed sales and business development roles in the Computer Hardware industry.

Mr. Arun Diaz - Director

Creative thinker and innovator with extensive experience in Banking & Consulting, Arun has done his Masters in Business Administration from XLRI. In 25 years in Standard Chartered he has played various roles ranging from operations to strategic planning and has pioneered change. His hall mark is his ability to learning teams and set high standards of performance with his quietly efficient approach to leadership.

Mr. Subroto Mukherjee - COO

Highly qualified and experienced ex-Naval officer, Subroto has over 22 years of experience in Administration, Training, HRD, Facilities Management, Security, Operations, Strategic Planning and International Relations.
