We are a major Manpower Recruiting Agency and have deployed a number of tradesmen to various clients in Gulf.

We also have excellent contacts at the various consulates and immigration offices for speedy and efficient processing of the necessary documentation work.

Infrastructure:

Our office is located in the central part of Mumbai city having full-fledged air-conditioned office with all the essential communication facilities. Our operations are also completely automated and we have the latest computers with completely customized software to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.

We have excellent arrangement for interviews at our office and we can also organize interviews at Business Centres for the convenience of our clients if they so desire.

Operations:

On the receipt of the requirement we source the candidate from our online database and also advertise in local/all India newspapers as well as online job portals for getting the widest choice.

Subsequently, all the candidates are interviewed and short listed for the final selection by client’s representative. Many a times due to paucity of time we do the final selection and send the candidates with our guarantee.

After selection the candidates are sent for pre-employment medicals and we then advise the client to apply for NOC for the medically fit candidates.

We also have contacts with various airlines and IATA agents to obtain confirmed seats as per our requirements during mobilization

We have representatives at various locations in our country and mostly for trade categories. We have been organizing interviews for client’s representatives in places like Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Jaipur, Jalandhar and Sikar since is has been our observation that certain trade categories with the best skill are only available at certain locations in India. We also organize interviews in other countries such as Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka depending on the need and requirement of the client.

We have fully equipped trade test centres for all the trade categories to be tested at various places in India including Mumbai and Southern India

As per the project requirement all the selected and medically fit candidates are deployed to meet mobilization schedules of the various clients.

We have been actively associated to provide excellent and personalized services to meet the manpower requirements of our clients.
