CRM Consultancy was founded in 2004 by Manohar and Savitha.

Given the mix of collective skills & experience, commitment to deadlines and a strong culture of ethics, CRM has been able to grow at a pace of over 100% every year since inception. CRM has ably adapted to the fast-changing business environment and customer expectations, and has built a 100 plus person-strong organization with offices in Bangalore . Our formidable list of clients is testimony of our standing in the industry.

The company is supported by a dynamic second rung of consultants. In keeping with the current industry requirements, CRM has developed a mix of professionals with domain and functional experience, who act as a like-minded sounding board to the customer - who could be an organization or a candidate. The educated approach provides a platform for the customer to identify the necessary competitive edge.

Managing Director

Manhoar is the Managing Director and Co-founder of CRM Consultancy. He is a first generation entrepreneur with a knack for identifying opportunities. Manohar was quick to notice the shortcomings of existing HR consulting firms and the unique manpower needs of the booming IT sector. His vision has led to the creation of a sustained learning culture at CRM Consultancy which has generated rich dividends to itself and clients alike.

Manohar is a Master in Business Administration from the ICFAI, Bangalore .

Savitha
HR

Savitha is the HR for CRM Consultancy. Starting her career as a Recruiter, Savitha has accumulated an experience of over four years in the Human Resource Management domain. She heads the Staff Augmentation and Recruitment Division at CRM Consultancy.
