• Obtain client consensus on scope, responsibilities, compensation package and profile of the candidate.
• Understand, identify and then shortlist candidate’s profiles.
• Identify candidates, Screen and evaluate candidates.
• Facilitate short listed candidate’s interview with client.
• Obtain specific feedback from clients and communicate feedbacks to candidates.
• Negotiate salary and benefits.
• Background screening.
• Ensure smooth transition of candidates.
